Is insurance against theft, loss, or total damage included?
At the moment, it is not possible to offer insurance covering damage or theft of the rented equipment. However, we provide a regular receipt issued in the customer’s name, which can be used for potential reimbursement requests through their own personal insurance. The customer is required to reimburse the market value of the stolen or lost equipment. In the event of irreparable damage that makes the skis unusable for rental, the customer is required to reimburse the market value of the skis. We recommend obtaining personal insurance coverage that is also valid for rented sports equipment. The receipt issued by us can be used for potential reimbursement claims with your insurance company.
Is it possible to pick up the equipment the day before the rental starts?
Yes, early pick-up is possible starting from 3:00 PM on the day before the rental start date, subject to equipment availability and provided that no maintenance work is required.
Can I change the skis if I don’t like them?
Yes, it is possible to change the skis if they do not meet your expectations. The first change is free of charge. From the second change onwards, a fee of €10.00 applies for re-preparation costs.
Can I upgrade the skis to a higher category?
Yes, it is possible to upgrade. The price difference between the two categories will simply be applied.
