What is your refund policy?
We offer full refunds for any reason. Simply send us a cancellation request via email, and we will immediately process the refund of your booking deposit.
Is the equipment new, recent, or in good condition?
We guarantee modern equipment with a maximum of 2 or 3 seasons of use. We assure you of the highest standards: all our gear undergoes regular, professional maintenance, is fully sanitised after every use, and is kept in excellent aesthetic condition (no “old stock” or scrap equipment).
Where can I pick up the equipment in Livigno?
We have three convenient rental shops in Livigno: San Rocco, Carosello, and Doss.
All Skialo locations are perfectly situated opposite the corresponding ski lifts, close to bus stops, and feature dedicated customer parking.

Can I collect the equipment early?
Yes, absolutely! You can collect your reserved equipment from 4:00 PM (16:00) on the day before your rental period officially begins. This allows you to start your first day of skiing immediately.
Can I change the skis if I don’t like them?
Yes, you are welcome to change your skis if they do not meet your expectations.
The first exchange is free of charge.
Can I upgrade the skis to a higher category?
Yes, it is possible to upgrade. The price difference between the two categories will simply be applied.
